Shipping & Refund Policies

Orders will be shipped out next day business day unless it falls on a weekend or holiday.  All orders will receive a tracking number once label is created. 

Please note the following items cannot be shipped to the following states:

Pepper Spray-Cannot ship to Massachusetts, New York 

Stun Guns-cannot ship to Rhode Island, Hawaii, Connecticut, Massachusetts ( must have a valid LTC in Massachusetts), Michigan,  Wisconsin (unless you have a permit in Wisconsin), and Illinois.

REFUNDS: 

Refunds are not allowed. If your package is damaged or missing items please contact me within 24 hours receiving your order.
